Please read these carefully before deciding to apply for a commission! By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms. I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork. NFT and IA's le usage is strictly forbidden. If you have any questions, please contact me on Twitter.
I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time if I do not feel comfortable working on it any longer.As the artist I retain:
The right to claim the illustration as my own, not including the characters depicted within. The right to use the artworks for promotional and demonstrative purposes for their service. As well as the right to edit the art for these purposes.As the Client:
DO NOT edit, re-color, and/or alter my works in any shape or form with out my permission. Content creation and streaming do NOT have a comercial fee. (Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Onlyfans etc.) My works are for personal use and enjoyment. should you want to use it for commercial purpose (merch and prints) you must pay a one time comercial fee 50% of what the original service is! My works regardless of the job are NOT permitted to be used for NFTs(Non Fungible Tokens) or any cryptocurrency related ventures. If it is found to be sold as an NFT, a take down request will be sent.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. 50% upfront for the sketch and 50% to start the final drawing: I will start the commission's sketch after 50% of the price is received, and sfeter recive the other half I'll start the final product.
Commissions will start after the payment has gone through.
Simple orders like sketches for example request full upfront payment.
You can choose pay upfront on any commission.REVISIONS
Revisions will be unlimited during the sketching/character ideation phase. Once the final design is chosen or the sketch has been approved, the Client may only have up to 5 revisions for free. A fee of 10% of the original price per revision shall be charged past that point.Major revisions that require going back to the ideation or sketching phase will be charged a fee of 30% of the original price.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I'll finish your work in 2-4 days (per un) after the full payment;
If you have a deathline it MUST be said upfront or I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if i don't have the time.USE
NO IA, NO COMERCIAL, NO NFT.
Unless previously talked about, all my art is for private use only. (Noncommercial)
Commercial art may be subject to increase the commission's price.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The cllient cannot claim any commissioned work as your own, I retain full copyright.
As the artist I still own the rights to the art and can, unless the client wishes otherwise, post it on my socials. In cases of Oc, Original characters, the artist do not have the oc's rights, just the art created SO commissioning an art od your OC automatically gives me permission to use the oc's image for that commission only.REFUNDS
Within 72h hours from the purchase, and only if I haven't started sketching, no refunds otherwise.
Requesting a refund AFTER the art is done (This includes the sketch draft) will result in being blacklisted. There is a zero refund policy after the the full payment or the art sketch is done.COMMUNICATION
